Job description:
This position is 100% on the phone- It consists of calling patients with test results and communicating to other members of the healthcare team. Training is provided. You will work alongside our awesome nurse team in our American Fork office and occasionally our Saratoga Springs office.
We are looking to fill a part time position (1-3 shifts/week). You must be able to work at least 3 FULL days a week M-F. Hours will be 0830-1630.
Responsibilities:
- Call patients with test results after our providers have reviewed them.
- Respond to patient's voicemails/questions about their test results.
Must be licensed to work as an MA or CNA in the state of Utah and be able to pass a background check.
No weekends, nights or major holidays required.
OB/GYN office experience and Spanish speaking preferred but not required.
