Medical Assistant/Patient Navigator
Full-time: Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM (Some weekends will be required)
Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr. DOE

We work to help people grow and build their families through multiple treatment options. This position is integral to our practice and requires working closely with patients, physicians and other staff.
Previous medical assisting experience required (certification is preferred) and you must be able to pass a background check. Hours may vary but typically are between 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional work on weekend mornings (Sat-Sun) and holidays are required.
Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
- Greet patients, obtain their medical history, and record vital signs such as blood pressure and weight.
- Assist our providers during fertility procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and embryo transfers.
- Help prepare patients for scans and assist the providers with patient ultrasounds.
- Provide patients with information about their fertility treatments, medications, and procedures.
- Monitor and restock medical supplies and medications.
- Contact patients to check in on them, schedule appointments, relay test results, and provide follow up care instructions.
- Scribing for providers during patient visits.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, answering phones, and managing patient inquiries as needed.
- Adhere to privacy regulations such as HIPPA and clinic protocols to ensure confidentiality and safety.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of clinic and exam rooms by regularly disinfecting surfaces, replacing linens, and restocking supplies.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the clinical manager or practice manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have good communication, organization, attention to detail, and patient care skills.
- At least 1 year of medical assistant experience or similar work experience is required.
- Spanish speaking is highly preferred.
