We believe to solve the problems in outbound, you need to build a platform that focuses on sending fewer messages and driving increased response rates, instead of sending more messages. To achieve this, the platform must (1) identify people actively in their buying journey, (2) route and score them based on buying signals, (3) research additional information about them, (4) reason through the best positioning for an outbound message, (5) write hyper-personalized sequences for them, and (6) send messages to them on the cadence the user defines.

Senior Backend Engineer
- Backend Architecture & Design : Experienced designing and implementing scalable backend services and APIs. Deep expertise in service-oriented architecture, micro-services, and distributed systems. Strong foundation in backend development patterns and best practices.
- Database Expertise : Experienced with database design, optimization, and management in B2B SaaS environments. Proven track record of implementing complex data models, writing efficient queries, and maintaining data integrity at scale.
- System Performance : Strong background in optimizing backend system performance, implementing caching strategies, and improving query efficiency. Experience with database replication, scaling, sharding, and high-availability configurations.
- DevOps & Infrastructure : Demonstrated experience with CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms. Proficient in containerization, orchestration, and automated deployment strategies.
- API Design & Integration : Expert in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and has knowledge of GraphQL services. Experience integrating with third-party systems and maintaining API documentation.
- Security & Compliance : Deep understanding of backend security best practices, authentication / authorization frameworks, and data protection measures. Experience implementing security controls in B2B environments.
- Technical Leadership : Proven ability to mentor junior developers, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive adoption of backend best practices. Experience leading backend-focused technical initiatives.
- Problem Solving : Strong analytical skills with experience troubleshooting complex backend issues, optimizing system performance, and implementing scalable solutions.
