Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Demonstrate a knowledge of food and beverage menu items served daily
- Serve food and beverage items to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Keep tables in dining room and work stations cleaned, sanitized, and organized
- Perform set-up and clean-up procedures as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
Working Conditions:
- Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 20 lbs. occasionally
- Work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons
- Work weekends and holidays
- Physical activity for long periods of time including standing, walking, bending, and carrying
- Operate food service equipment and clean food service areas
- Fast paced high traffic areas with a moderate noise level
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
1. A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
2. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
3. Possess excellent customer service skills
4. Must be dependable
5. Must be able to work in a fast pace team environment
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills a plus
