This is a full-time on-site role for a Workforce Management Specialist at Valleyfair Amusement Park in Shakopee, MN. The Workforce Management Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to capacity planning, analytical skills, workforce management, communication, and workforce planning on a daily basis.
