Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Food Safety Operations Manager to oversee daily food safety operations and ensure compliance with health regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting regular inspections of food preparation areas and equipment, training and supervising staff on food safety practices and procedures, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper storage of food items, investigating and resolving any food safety issues or complaints, and maintaining accurate records of food safety activities and inspections.
