In this Warehouse Intern role, you will experience the inner workings of our Warehouse operations. Reporting directly to the Warehouse and Purchasing Manager, you will learn about key functions including audits, requisitions, inventory procedures, purchase orders, invoicing, record keeping, software integration, receiving, order fulfillment, schematics, distribution, equipment, and overall warehouse operations. This internship offers a comprehensive look at the logistical side of Food and Beverage operations.

Responsibilities:
- Audit, report, and count physical inventory, predicting product orders.
- Work with pars and current on-hand numbers.
- Perform administrative tasks: enter POs, work with vendors for orders and deliveries, enter transfers, and verify pricing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to verify quantities delivered and received.
- Receive, unload, and store products, review pick lists and orders, build and stage orders on pallets, and deliver to locations.
- Keep the warehouse organized and notify of any out-of-stock items or issues.
- Supervise other associates and work with vendors and internal departments.
- Complete basic food safety and sanitation training.
- Complete mandatory ServSafe Food and Alcohol courses and certification.
- Fulfill internship requirements with a capstone project.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Working towards or hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in inventory management or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in inventory systems and administrative tasks.
