Job Description:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Valleygate Dental Surgery Centers and providers, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Regularly visit pediatric dental offices and other provider locations to share information on our facilities and services.
- Plan and execute meet-and-greet information sessions to educate providers about our centers and credentialling processes.
- Canvas targeted areas where new centers are being developed to build awareness and establish provider relationships.
- Deliver compelling presentations to groups and individual providers, demonstrating knowledge of our services and fostering trust.
- Track interactions with providers and ensure follow-up communication as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and event strategies.
- Manage logistics for networking events, ensuring seamless execution and high engagement.
- Analyze outreach efforts to optimize engagement and provider participation.
- B2B sales experience with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills with confidence in addressing groups and individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail .
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to outreach and event planning.
- Willingness to travel across North Carolina, and sometimes beyond (approximately 25-40% of the time; travel schedule will vary).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or a seasoned professional with proven experience will be considered.
- Prior experience in event coordination, sales, or healthcare marketing is a plus.
