The Client Service and Sales Representative responds to internal and external customer inquiries and problems by providing product and service information. This role is a strong support for our customers, providing exceptional service while maintaining a polite, friendly demeanor.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist a wide range of customers, including homeowners, contractors, and designers. Understand and document their needs.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries, provide detailed product information and make recommendations based on clients' needs.
- Maintains client records by recording account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
- Contacts clients to schedule builder's appointments.
- Monitor builders’ schedules and maintain service technician schedules.
- Orders all parts turned in by builders.
- Contributes to the effort of the team by accomplishing related results as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Cabinets and Countertops.
- Working knowledge of Windows software, including Word and Excel.
- Computer experience in data entry and report generation.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented - Success-driven and focused on achievements.
- Sales-minded with a passion for working with people.
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Must maintain high standards of confidentiality
