Process Engineering Intern

PROJECTS

· Coating Cost Reduction: Identify and analyze KPI’s to reduce our materials cost at the coater in the hydrotester.

· Cutoff Tool Life Improvement: Study the relationship between the straightener and the cutoff line. The goal is to establish a relationship between the inputs at the straightener and the tool spend at the cutoff.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline

· Incoming Junior or Senior

· Industrial or Mechanical engineering preferred

· GPA 3.0 or higher preferred

· Reliable

· Willingness & ability to learn on the fly

· Familiar with Excel

· Familiar with statistical analysis in at least a limited capacity
