Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for sourcing and managing contractors, negotiating contract terms, and overseeing the execution of multiple construction projects. This role ensures project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while addressing challenges proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and manage service firms and contractors for project execution.
Negotiate scope, costs, and contractual terms.
Enforce contracts, negotiate change orders, and process pay applications and invoices.
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Anticipate and solve project challenges with agility.
Maintain organization and attention to detail in all aspects of the project.
Inspect work for errors and inconsistencies, even at senior levels.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience managing multiple construction projects.
Proficient in Procore, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
Strong understanding of engineering drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in energy infrastructure projects (preferred).
PMP certification and experience in project costing (preferred).
