What You’ll Do:
- Specialize in one of three key sectors: MEP Design, Renewables, or Engineering
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across these industries
- Work alongside a highly experienced team to learn best practices and recruitment strategies
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients and candidates
- Stay up to date with sector trends and market insights
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- A strong desire to specialize and grow in one of the sectors mentioned above
- A passion for learning and adopting proven recruitment processes
- A collaborative, team-focused attitude with a drive to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage your time effectively and handle multiple priorities
