As the Director, NA R&D, you will lead and inspire our R&D teams in Lansdale, PA (maxDNA) and Owings Mills, MD (D3), as well as the D3 support team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the R&D teams.
- Manage budget and project portfolio planning.
- Develop skills and resources within the teams.
- Play a key role in product strategy development with business units.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and improvement.
- Create and maintain an environment that encourages innovation, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
- Collaborate closely with business units and support customer-facing activities.
- Be an active member of the Automation Systems R&D management team
- Proven experience in leading R&D teams.
- Strong background in Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
- Excellent project management and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Experience in working global matrix network
