Product Sales Manager for the Fabrics and Filtration Business
We are looking for an energetic, results-oriented person who is interested in working directly with our customers. This position includes coordinating efforts for Valmet's Fabric and Filtration business, and requires knowledge of and ability to sell replacement equipment and products. You'll be actively involved in sales presentations, customer negotiations, creating proposals and coordination of communications. Your focus will also be on supporting service agreements. As an integrated member the Key Account Team you'll help establish and maintain crucial customer relationships in the US or Canada.
We’re looking for individuals who are self-motivated and enjoy customer interaction. Well qualified candidate will have a technical degree and four to six years’ related paper industry experience.

As an integrated member the Key Account Team you'll help establish and maintain crucial customer relationships in the US or Canada.
- Assists with Audits and shutdowns including on site inspections.
- Schedule customer visits, cover scheduled outages and service all customers in your territory.
- Assist Product Managers to ensure quick turnaround of all required information and paperwork.
- Assist in securing “Customer Commitment and Customer Supplied Parts” while working closely with all other sales and group team members.
- Perform applications work, costing of projects and preparing quotations, sales presentations, and negotiations.
- Takes direct responsibility for product budgeting and result according to that budget.
- Investigates and facilitates customer complaints on Valmet’s behalf until satisfactory conclusion for both companies.
