The Process Engineer role works as a member of the Capital paper machine business to provide their technical expertise in order to support the process from proposals to start up for large projects. This role will be required to work across functionally and collaboratively with Product Managers, Corporate Account Managers, and Project Management in order to be successful in this role. The right candidate will have strong problem solving and critical thinking skills while influencing key internal and customer stakeholders.
Expectations
To excel in the role, the right candidate will have the ability to provide technical sales support on large capital projects. Will understand and work through the proposal process including ability to advise on performance guarantees and contract fulfillment. Analytical, data collection and feedback skills will help the right person ensure a successful customer experience in order to secure a true partnership including future services on our OEM equipment.
To succeed in this role you will need
A Pulp and Paper Science or a Mechanical Engineering degree, with 2 years of broad technical knowledge in the paper industry including the paper making process and related paper making paper equipment and applications.
