Expectations
To excel in the role you should :
- Lead the team by being the subject matter expert.
- Lead logistics operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth flow of products and materials.
- Ensure that all logistics activities are operated safely and according to regulation and legislation.
- Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively, and that work schedules and targets are met.
- Recommend and introduce improvements in current processes and systems.
To succeed in this role you will need :
High School Diploma or equivalent
Supervisory experience a plus
3-5 years of relevant logistics experience
