Bi-lingual Required
Starting Pay : $20.50 / hour
Base Hours : 1st shift 6 : 30am to 3pm and 2nd shift 2 : 30pm to 11pm

We are looking for a highly driven individual that will assist in the coordination of equipment use, material, and human resources to gain maximum productivity in the Production department. Essential Functions :
- Monitor crews to ensure safe working habits and high quality finished products
- Display a high degree of personal efficiency in achieving employee, department, and company goals
- Operate the crane in a safe and effective manner in the absence of the crane operator
- Ensure accurate piece counts, part identification, and labor input
- Monitor and record the quantity of work completed by crew on inventory control tally sheet
