About This Opportunity
This Power Distribution Engineer position requires a highly skilled individual to perform tasks and duties involving high voltage electricity functions, including solid dielectric autonomous 13.8KV high voltage distribution switchgear.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various outside vendors to ensure all compliance matters are met and there is minimal disruption to business.
- Repair electric systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications.
- Support in-house electrical projects and capital projects.
- Prepare estimates for labor and material for in-house projects.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Electro Mechanical or Maintenance.
- 5 years of experience.
- Experience with 3 phase (480v).
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and all other shop departments regarding the maintenance and repair of equipment via notes, E-mail, or verbal communication.
