About the Role
The primary responsibility of the Team Lead is to monitor and coach employees on shift to ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. This involves implementing and assigning work schedules to maximize the utilization of manpower, machines, and equipment, setting daily direction and clearly communicating expected production standards for the shift, understanding and following up on daily performance, and leading the Team on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to understand losses, take action prevent future breakdowns and incidents.
Key Responsibilities

* Implement and assign work schedules to maximize the utilization of manpower, machines, and equipment
