Business Title: Senior Director, Advisory Services
Job Purpose: The Senior Director, Advisory Services at Valogic Bio LLC will lead and manage a team of consultants and project managers providing strategic advisory services to clients in the life sciences industry. This role is responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services that meet client needs and exceed expectations. This role will also contribute to the development of Valogic Bio's service offerings and intellectual capital.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of advisory services consultants and project managers, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and identifying opportunities for Valogic Bio to provide value.

Oversee the execution of consulting projects that include the design, engineering, and construction of new spaces to support industry needs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Contribute to the development of new service offerings and intellectual capital, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Drive business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new client opportunities.

Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with other Valogic Bio teams to ensure a seamless client experience and leverage cross-functional expertise.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred.
Required Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry, with a strong focus on advisory services, consulting, or related functions.

Substantial experience in leading and managing teams, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.

Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

Extensive experience in developing and maintaining client relationships, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries, including current market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive dynamics.

Deep understanding of the design/build/qualification process.

Experience in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable recommendations.

Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
