About the Role
We are seeking a Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO and COO, tackling organization-wide problems, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring all teams are aligned with the company's goals and the executive vision. This position is about being a force multiplier for leadership - we're looking for a smart generalist who can analyze complex issues, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and turn strategic ideas into actionable plans. If you are a proactive problem-solver with the ability to think deeply and execute swiftly, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence the entire organization from the top down.
Responsibilities
- Solve High-Impact Problems : Identify and resolve key operational and strategic challenges, implementing solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Strategic Initiatives : Coordinate and manage execution of initiatives that span multiple departments, keeping teams accountable and on track.
- Prepare Executive Meetings : Structure and organize executive team meetings (CEO and COO), including setting agendas, preparing background materials, and ensuring follow-ups for informed decision-making.
- Support Data-Driven Decisions : Analyze business data and conduct research to provide insights and recommendations that support critical business decisions.
- Own Special Projects : Take ownership of high-priority special projects requiring analytical rigor and operational expertise, seeing them through from concept to completion with successful outcomes.

This Base Compensation pay range applies to our New York City located staff and may differ according to location.
