Valor Capital specializes in building luxury real estate communities and is headquartered in downtown Clearwater. We are looking for a full-time Office Manager & Corporate Culture Director to join the team.
The Office Manager & Corporate Culture Director is a fast-paced job, that involves a lot of computer work, research, and tracking. It involves checklists to make sure we are always stocked on all fronts such as food, bathroom supplies, and office supplies. Things that need to be constantly monitored as well as the cleanliness of our sales gallery and offices. In addition you will be responsible for implementing the fun parts of work, Corporate Culture, and help our staff and customers continue to enjoy coming into the our sales gallery and offices.
They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.
Responsibilities
Duties of Office Manager:
- 1. Open/Close Checklist for daily office maintenance.
- 2. Receive particles at reception and route accordingly (people, mail, phone calls)
- 3. Keep Sales gallery clean and reception desk cleaned (organized and stocked)
- 4. Office expenses tracked, budgeted, managed
- 5. Invoice distribution (in coordination with accounting)
- 6. Cleaners point of contact, coordination, and quality control
- 7. Walk in, and lead tracked for visitors gotten through sales gallery
- 8. Assist on review and clean up of office filing (digital)
- 9. Inventory, restock, budget office supplies and bathroom supplies
Duties of Corporate Culture Director:
- 1. Inventory, restock, budget snacks, drinks, coffee for main office
- 2. Inventory, restock, budget snacks, drinks, coffee for construction crew
- 3. Manage, research, propose birthdays and work anniversary acknowledgements
- 4. Research, proposal, PO, order Valor gear and swag (stickers, keychains, pens, etc.…)
- 5. Research, proposal, PO, order Valor gear and clothing
- 6. Run newsletter creation and issuance each week
- 7. Decorating for holidays (main office and construction crew office)
- 8. Research, proposal, propose monthly Team activities (larger activities)
- 9. Research, proposal, propose biweekly Team activities (smaller activities)
- 10. Checking in with each employee on moral (whether via email survey or in person)
- 11. Coordinate with Management to run games and activities in the divisions
- 12. Help as necessary with invoicing, budgeting, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
