Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations and clerical tasks.
- Apply for building permits and set up utilities.
- Handle vendor paperwork and maintain organized records.
- Sales Support:
- Assist with sales-related tasks and client interactions.
- Work collaboratively with the director of operations
- Represent Valor Communities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements:
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a team-player mentality.
