Qualifications:
- Proven experience in residential construction and punch-out is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting imperfections.
- A commitment to upholding quality standards and delivering exceptional workmanship.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Courteous and Professional: Your positive demeanor and professionalism will leave a lasting impression on our valued customers.
- Skilled and Knowledgeable: Possess a certificate or degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home building, construction management, or a related field. Alternatively, demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in a professional maintenance or construction role.
Requirements:
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Possess reliable transportation to commute to various work locations.
- Own and provide their own basic construction tools for performing the required tasks
Compensation and Benefits:
You'll receive truck and phone allowances to support your work. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan to secure your financial future.
Total annual compensation can range from $50,000 to $65,000.
