About the Role As QC Manager, You Will:
- Conduct thorough inspections of homes to ensure they meet Valor’s exceptional quality standards.
- Collaborate with builders and subcontractors to address and resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed documentation of inspections and follow-up actions.
As Warranty Technician, You Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners with warranty concerns.
- Deescalate customer issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring homeowner satisfaction.
- Assess and address warranty issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with trade partners to schedule and complete repairs.
- Handle drywall repairs, paint touchups, and other minor fixes with expertise.

Base Salary: $55-$65K bonuses
Total estimated compensation: $75K- 100K
