As a leading residential home builder, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Quality Control/Customer Experience Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our reputation for delivering exceptional homes to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality control inspections of residential construction projects.
- Conduct walks with home buyers to address any concerns, explain warranty coverage, educate them on all their home features and how to maintain them, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Manage and coordinate the punch-out team, ensuring timely completion of all necessary repairs and touch-ups.
- Collaborate closely with project managers
- Proactively identify potential quality issues, providing innovative solutions to prevent or resolve them.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality control inspections, walks, and punch-out activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential construction or a similar field, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to identify and address quality issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle high-volume projects.
- Assertive and confident demeanor to enforce quality standards and communicate expectations clearly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with home buyers and team members
- Proficiency in using technology and software for documenting inspections and managing project data.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality control or construction management are advantageous.
- Possess reliable transportation to commute to various work locations.
