About the role
We are seeking a contract Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Writer to create and maintain SOPs for our pharmacy operations, customer service, and other business functions. A successful candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience creating SOPs for regulated industries.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities for the job
- Create and maintain SOPs for pharmacy operations, customer service, and other business functions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of SOPs
- Research and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Write clear, concise, and easy-to-understand SOPs
- Review and revise SOPs as needed to ensure they remain current and effective
- Ensure SOPs are properly formatted, numbered, and maintained
- Collaborate with training team to ensure SOPs are incorporated into training programs
- Assist in any duties necessary to ensure the functionality of the business

Valor's pay band range for this position is $24 to $30 per hour. This salary range may include multiple levels. Your level is based on our assessment of your interview performance and experience, which you can always ask the hiring manager about to understand in more detail. Salary is just one component of Valor's total compensation package for employees.
