Summary
We are seeking a passionate Infant/Preschool Teacher to join our Adventure Kids Playcare team in North Dallas. In this role, you will create a nurturing and educational atmosphere for young children, fostering their development through play-based learning. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that our mission of safety and fun is upheld.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Engage children in various activities that support their physical, emotional, and social growth.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or daycare setting.
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- CPR/First Aid certification is required or must be obtained within the first month of employment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
