- A doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited institution.
- A current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state where you will be working.
- Experience implementing and managing a new mental health treatment program and/or a Modified Therapeutic Community treatment model.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to provide effective treatment to patients with complex mental health needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
