We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager/ Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in planning, business development, and management. Responsibilities
I. Guest Experience & Service:
- Ensuring a Positive Guest Experience: Prioritizes guest satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Customer Service: Handles guest inquiries, resolves complaints, and provides excellent service.
- Property Standards: Maintains high standards of cleanliness, appearance, and functionality in guest rooms, public areas, and grounds.
- Front Desk Operations: Coordinates and supervises front desk activities, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest information.
- Guest Amenities: Oversees the operation and maintenance of guest amenities, such as pools, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi.
II. Staff Management:
- Hiring, Training, and Scheduling: Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules staff, ensuring they are competent and motivated.
- Performance Management: Monitors staff performance, provides feedback, and addresses performance issues.
III. Financial Management:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develops and manages the motel's budget, tracks expenses, and forecasts revenue.
- Revenue Management: Optimizes room rates and occupancy to maximize revenue.
- Accounting and Reporting: Maintains accurate financial records and prepares reports.
- Purchasing and Inventory: Manages inventory of supplies and equipment, and negotiates contracts with vendors.
IV. Facility Management:
- Maintenance and Repairs: Oversees maintenance and repairs of the motel's facilities and equipment.
- Safety and Security: Ensures the safety and security of guests and staff, implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
- Property Maintenance: Maintains the motel's grounds and landscaping, ensuring a clean and attractive environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
