REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as an F&B Director in a full-service multiple outlet property
- You will oversee a full-service upscale restaurant, roof top bar, coffee shop, room service, banquet and catering events. Experience with multiple outlets is required
- Ensure excellent guest service standards
- Be a positive and enthusiastic leader who empowers your team but is hands-on when necessary.
- Responsible for overall operation of food and beverages, bars, and banquet departments delivering quality service, compliance of policies and procedures while meeting/exceeding financial goals.
- Manage all administrative functions such as scheduling, purchasing for the department, hiring and terminations of associates all in a fiscally responsible manner.
- Works closely with catering and convention services.
- Monitor labor and payroll and create schedules that meet both guest service and financial goals
