Join the Valor team as our Executive Chef at The Red House Tavern in Haymarket, VA. This busy upscale chef-driven restaurant offers creative entrees and fresh baked desserts. The ideal Chef has extensive experience with elevated cooking, banquet and private dining exposure, and enjoys training and developing others.

POSITION PROFILE :
Charged with the duty of overseeing all the culinary operations for the food and beverage outlets. Direct the operation of the kitchen(s), including food preparation and quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions, to ensure the restaurant quality standards and revenue goals are met and food and supply costs are controlled. #INDhaymarket
REQUIRED SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the preparation and execution of full-service upscale restaurant menu
- Execute small banquets and parties
- Create unique menu items with the Savor team
- Upscale, scratch cuisine experience required
- History of training and developing culinary teams
- Conduct inventories and manage cost control
- Manager labor and expenses for the kitchen
- Previous experience as a full-service restaurant Executive Chef or culinary leader is required
