We are now hiring a Guest Service Agent who enjoys making our guests experience excellent. If you think you bring the ideal blend of skills, know-how and a bold attitude, and want to be rewarded for high-performance, this could be the perfect job for you!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Can perform and assist with all the front desk functions to include but not limited to the following Guest Service Aide, PBX Operator, Guest Service Agent, Reservationists, etc.
- Train all new Guest Service Agents.
- Communicate with the Engineering Department regarding any maintenance requests from the guests.
- Communicate with the Housekeeping Department regarding guest rooms and requests.
- Assist the Guest Services Manager by handling special requests, group blocking and unusual circumstances.
