Job Overview
Exciting and fast-paced Eastern Washington law firm seeking a general practice attorney experience to serve our community. The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, estate planning and probates, personal injury, real property disputes, and/or criminal defense with motions and trial experience. Should be competent to handle all phases of case from “cradle to grave.” Spanish speaker a plus. The firm offers base salary of $100,000—$150,000 DOE, performance bonuses, and paid vacations.
Our artistic waterfront office is 15 minutes from Lake Chelan, 40 minutes from the ski hill, and 5 minutes from the mountains. We are willing to consider remote applicants, with the understanding that the attorney will attend court in person, and meet clients in person when necessary.

Duties
- Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in various legal matters.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
- Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client interactions and legal documentation.
- Ability to litigate cases confidently in court settings.
- Experience with legal administrative tasks is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for thorough case preparation.
