We are looking for friendly and reliable Customer Service Associates to provide fast, efficient, and welcoming service to our customers. Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling cash and card transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness, and restocking shelves as needed. Requirements
Responsibilities
· Greet all customers warmly upon entering the store, inquire if they are signed up for the Ribbiting Rewards Loyalty Program, explain its benefits, and encourage sign-ups.
· Maintain the required uniform and adhere to personal appearance standards while on duty.
· Follow store procedures to prevent theft and ensure safety, including making safe drops and keeping cash below the cash drawer limits.
· Arrive on time for scheduled shifts. If unable to report to work or needing a schedule change, provide advance notice to minimize inconvenience to others.
· Maintain a clean and organized workplace by following cleaning and maintenance schedules, including restroom checks, sweeping/mopping floors, dusting shelves, cleaning windows/doors, and emptying trash receptacles.
· Restock and face products in the store, including coolers and shelves, as necessary.
· Actively participate in incentive programs by meeting personal goals and supporting teammates in achieving theirs.
· Comply with all store policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements
· Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.
· A safety-first mindset is required. Candidates must be willing to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training as needed.
· Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and be reliable in attendance and punctuality
· Effective verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with team members, customers, and management.

· Familiarity with operating registers, computers, phones, tablets, and loyalty systems.
· Must be 20 years old in Kentucky (due to alcohol/tobacco sales) and 18 years old in Ohio.
· High school diploma or equivalent, with 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a public-facing role.
· Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to stock and clean the store, both inside and outside.
