The Renegade Racing Fuels & Oils division of Valor Oil, is seeking a motivated and proactive Racing Warehouse Team Lead to handle warehouse duties, including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This role requires proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Word) and basic math for order calculations, as well as experience in bulk fuel and lubricant handling. The team lead will be responsible for staging orders, maintaining race fuel pumps, assisting with the blending process, and ensuring the race facility remains orderly and properly inspected. A positive, energetic individual with leadership abilities, initiative, and a passion for fast-paced environments will thrive in this role

Requirements

Responsibilities 

· Pulling and staging orders for delivery, working closely with the Operations and Sales directors to meet customer schedules.

· Performing daily bulk fuel and package inventory, ensuring proper distribution to appropriate staff.

· Conducting end-of-month physical inventory and distributing results.

· Drumming and pailing fuels and lubricants when needed.

· Overseeing the maintenance of race fuel pumps and equipment.

· Partnering with management to learn the ordering process for race components and achieve the best pricing.

· Assisting as a backup for the master blender in the blending and packaging facility.

· Recommending order requirements to meet production schedules.

· Assisting in the blending process of race fuel formulas.

· Maintaining required inspections and ensuring the race facility remains orderly and clean.

· Loading trucks for delivery and assisting walk-in customers when necessary.

· Traveling to the Bowling Green facility when required.

Requirements 

· Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to safety protocols in the workplace.

· A safety-first mindset is required. Candidates must be willing to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training as needed.

· Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and be reliable in attendance and punctuality

· Effective verbal and written communication skills are required for interacting with team members, customers, and management.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain a positive working relationship.

· Must possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find solutions effectively.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks, following procedures, and meeting deadlines.

· Experience in order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving.

· Proficiency in computer skills, including planning, forecasting, Excel, and Word.

· Basic math skills for daily calculations and inventory management.

· Knowledge and experience in handling fuels and lubricants, including drumming and pailing (when needed).

· Ability to perform inventory management tasks, including daily and monthly inventory checks.

· Experience with maintaining equipment, specifically race fuel pumps.

· Willingness to learn the blending process for race fuel formulas.

· Strong organizational skills to maintain orderliness and required inspections of the race facility.

· Ability to load trucks for delivery and assist walk-in customers as needed.

· Willingness to travel to the Bowling Green facility when necessary.

· Strong integrity, positive energy, and a self-starting attitude.

· Ability to independently manage tasks and processes from start to completion.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and leadership.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
