What You’ll Do:
As the Clinical Director, you’ll be at the heart of our clinic’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience and efficient workflow in our wellness and weight loss facility. You’ll work closely with medical and administrative staff to create a supportive environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities:
Medical and Patient Care Responsibilities:
- Certified Medical Assistant Duties: Provide direct patient care, including taking vitals and administering injections as required.
- Digital Proficiency: Ensure accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, such as Aesthetic Pro, using both desktop and mobile technology.
- Patient Engagement: Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport with patients to foster trust and positive patient outcomes.
- Facility Management: Maintain a clean, sanitized environment for patients and support back-office duties, including answering calls, patient scheduling, and data entry.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a high level of responsibility and professionalism with an excellent attendance record.
Administrative and Operational Management:
- Profitability and Growth: Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients generating a high lead to patient conversion ratio.
- Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for patient inquiries, telehealth coordination with primary and backup doctors, and medication management.
- Inventory and Supplies Management: Order and manage clinic supplies and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Staff Management: Oversee and mentor Medical Assistants, handling hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Scheduling and Timekeeping: Coordinate staff schedules, manage timekeeping, and handle scheduling adjustments as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Interface with vendors to manage orders, contracts, and clinic needs.
- EMR and Prescription Management: Utilize the Aesthetic Pro EMR system for prescription input, processing, and clinic record management.
- Client Outreach: Support growth by securing patient referrals and assisting with new consultation bookings.
