Project Duration: 3-6 month contract-to-hire
This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing changes across various systems while providing user support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working collaboratively and wearing multiple hats. This position requires expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with a focus on Sales and Project Operations, alongside experience in Power Platform administration and Azure.
\n- Design, develop, and implement enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Support full application lifecycle deployment, environment refresh, and system integrations.
- Administer Power Platform and Dataverse to support D365 CE.
- Work with Power Automate to streamline processes and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues within the system.
- Develop custom web applications utilizing .NET (C#, Web API), SQL, and JavaScript.
- Ensure seamless integration of D365 CE with other business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales processes and solution selling within CE.
- Maintain system documentation, provide user support, and ensure best practices for deployment.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE): Minimum 5 years of experience, particularly with Sales and/or Project Operations modules.
- Full Application Lifecycle Deployment & Environment Management: Experience managing D365 CE application lifecycle, including environment refreshes and solution deployments.
- Power Platform Administration (PPAC):
- Hands-on experience managing D365 CE environments through Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
- Expertise in handling application lifecycle management (ALM) tasks such as migrating solutions, managing Dataverse environments, and setting up security roles.
- Dataverse: Strong understanding of Dataverse as it supports CE, including data schema, security, and integration capabilities.
- Power Automate: Intermediate proficiency in designing and implementing automated workflows within D365 CE.
- Azure: Junior-level experience with Azure resources.
- .NET Development: Proficiency in .NET 4.5 (C#), SQL, Web API for custom web application development.
- JavaScript: Strong knowledge and experience in JavaScript for front-end development and customization within CE.
- Solution Selling & Sales Process Knowledge: Must understand the sales process (solution selling) as it applies to CE Sales module.
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving: Ability to work across teams, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Troubleshooting & Performance Optimization: Ability to diagnose and resolve system performance issues, particularly related to Dataverse, Power Platform, and D365 CE.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
- Experience with D365 Dual-Write.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Functions.
- Familiarity with integration tools like SSIS.
- Exposure to Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, and Portal).
- Advanced troubleshooting and system performance tuning.
