Project Duration: 3-6 month, contract-to-hire
In this role, the Quality Assurance Engineer will ensure the functionality, reliability, and security of software applications by performing a wide range of QA activities, primarily focused on testing a legacy application used by the purchasing team for managing BOMs, pricing, and related purchasing processes.
\n- The Quality Assurance Engineer will perform a variety of testing types, using both manual and automated methods, to ensure the stability, functionality, and security of applications.
- These activities include: Functionality Testing, Integration Testing, Cross-Browser Testing, Fail-Over Testing, Rollback Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Application Security Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- 3 years of manual testing experience
- 2 years of automated testing experience (Selenium experience acceptable, with a willingness to learn MABL)
- Strong communication skills; professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to think critically and outside the box, with a focus on the bigger picture
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in continued learning, career growth, and a willingness to be coached
- MABL experience (preferred)
- DevOps experience, particularly with CI/CD pipelines
$55 - $65 an hour
