Job Duties
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive hourly opportunity to serve as a Training Content Developer. The selected competitive candidate will provide exceptional delivery of services to the agency’s Chief of Staff Office.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Design and develop engaging, high-quality training materials to support the professional development needs of the DMAS workforce.
- Create materials in various formats, including e-learning modules, videos, manuals, and presentations.
This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles.
The position you are applying for is an Hourly / Wage position. Hourly (wage) employees may not work more than an average of 29 hours a week and cannot exceed 1500 hours during their employment year. This position does not include health insurance, retirement, or leave.
