Inside Sales Coordinator

The Inside Sales Coordinator must be customer service oriented, have a strong commercial background, SAP experience, strong project and time management skills, and a desire to meet or exceed all customer expectations.

The Inside Sales Coordinator position is responsible for order management, purchase order entry, contract review, order acknowledgement, and order planning. The Inside Sales Coordinator works closely with program management, purchasing, planning, and production to ensure SAP accuracy.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the order management process.
• Leads the New Order Meeting, drives our internal team to confirm and acknowledge delivery dates to customers.
• Contract Review of new orders and requested changes
• Troubleshoot order management issues.
• Create Work Orders and initial scheduling, for purchasing and operations planning
• Continuously working to get orders off hold to schedule production dates.
• Supports the Program Management and Sales departments
• Communicate with customers by telephone, email, and video conference.
• Monitors incoming sales order emails.
• Process RMA orders.
• Serve as back up for the Quote Coordinator and Planner/Master Scheduler.
• GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and review of Device History Records.

Education and Skills

• Minium of an Associate’s degree or in Business, Manufacturing or a relevant field is required. equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of inside sales, customer service and order entry experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of medical, aerospace, operations, and/or customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Highly Proficient with SAP Business One Client or equivalent ERP System
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
• Excellent listening, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized team leader who is successful in leading cross functional teams
