What We’re Looking For:
- Skills: Strong computer, mathematical, and analytical abilities. Knowledge of construction or insurance adjusting is a plus.
- Education: A.A. degree or higher preferred, but relevant work experience will be considered in place of formal education.
- Personal Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ready to collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check.
- Ability to travel up to 50% (travel expenses and company car provided).
- This will begin as an apprentice appraisal position to include office and client on-site training.
- May have to pass a "Fitness for Duty" physical exam, which may include the ability to climb stairs/ladders and remain standing or seated for extended periods.
Additional Information:
- No prior experience? No problem! We provide full training to the right candidate. A school transcript may be requested.
- Compensation: Starting salary of $45,000 DOE, with pay increases following the successful completion of a training period.
