Pay: $18.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Day Shift

Purpose: This position will report to the branch manager and will assist in the day to day production activities.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities for the Warehouse Production Associate:
The Production Associate is responsible for the assembly of hydraulic hose, filter units, and building cooling loops while following company policies/procedures and customer requirements. Listed are attributes that include but are not limited to;
- Assemble assigned product parts in accordance with production guidelines.
- Monitor quality processes.
- Complete and submit inspection paperwork.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a neat and clean work area.
- Detail knowledge of the production processes
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
- Record and submit complete inspection documentation on all work completed
- Complete assembly and testing of all work orders within customer required timeframe and to TMO quality expectations
- Maintain clean and safe workspace
- Use hand tools such as drills, pipe wrenches, air ratchets, and saws
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to bend, stretch, and stand on your feet four long periods of time
- Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Follow quality & safety processes
- Support continuous improvement and quality objectives
Essential Skills:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand a measuring tape
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Ability to use and read a Caliper
- Follow and understand basic work instructions / visual work instruction
- Ability to safely operate a forklift (training provided if needed)
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Demonstrate good reasoning skills & decision making abilities
- Basic math skills
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to understand inventory control and the importance of proper part locations
- Work well as a team
- Basic customer service skills
Experience:
- Knowledge of hydraulics is desirable but not required
- Shipping, Receiving, and inventory experience is a plus
