VAD is currently seeking an HVAC Counter Associate at our Midlothian, VA branch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide fast and friendly customer service to both internal and external customers
- Assist walk in/ call ins with their orders
- Pick and pull orders for customers
- Assist in the warehouse, including loading and unloading
- Process orders and warranty transactions
- Oversee showroom/counter area, to include cycle counts, replenishment, merchandising, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attitude and commitment to superior customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with HVAC products, or ability to learn
