Responsibilities:
- Partnering with clients to tailor home plans to their specific criteria and budget.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of clients, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Seek out Realtor partners to establish a referral network.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
- CRM experience preferred; IT and tech skills required.
