Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and both company/candidate follow-up
- Utilize social media platforms to attract and engage potential candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Coordinate employee orientation and assist in training development programs
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting, with a focus on employee retention
- Ability to effectively communicate and quickly build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with leveraging social media for recruitment purposes
- Knowledge of human resources practices and employment laws
