Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, showcasing our new home offerings, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs will play a crucial role in helping them find their dream home.

Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their home buying needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations of new homes, highlighting features and benefits.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with financing options and payment plans.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the sales floor is well-organized and visually appealing.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries from potential buyers.
- Assist in managing customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups and satisfaction throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and retail math is advantageous.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
