This role is responsible for executing warehouse and delivery operations and reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

What your day will look like:

· Embodies our values: Serve Others and OwnIt

· Ensures that our customers receive theirfurniture in perfect working condition

· Unpacks trailer merchandise and storemerchandise

· Assists with scanning as needed

· Preps daily pick-up merchandise and thenext day’s deliveries

· Assists with staging furniture for customers

· Assists with merchandising the show roomfloor

· Assists Warehouse Leader with qualityassurance

· Pulls merchandise from stock and stages itfor delivery

· Miscellaneous duties as assigned

What will help you succeed:

· High school diploma or general educationdegree (GED); or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience

· Willing to submit to physical capability test

· Ability to follow safety guidelines

· Ability to read, write and comprehend simpleinstructions, short correspondence, andmemos

· Ability to effectively present information inone-on-one and small group situations tocustomers and team members

· Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and dividein all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

· Track record of serving others and puttingteam goals first

· Owners’ mindset; takes ownership overeverything within scope of responsibility

· Proactive approach; identifies and solvesproblems

· Adaptability; flexible to shifting priorities anda changing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour
