Vice President, Private Equity

Value Driven Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Private Equity team, focusing on infrastructure and industrial investments. This is a remote, contract position within a dynamic environment, leveraging a substantial multi-billion dollar fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investment research and financial analysis, including valuation and modeling
• Perform industry and competitive analysis to assess investment opportunities
• Engage in rigorous business diligence processes
• Develop and draft memoranda for both internal and external stakeholders
• Facilitate the execution and financing of transactions, ensuring seamless operational flow
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure investing, demonstrating a track record of success
• Exceptional financial modeling and deal analysis capabilities
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing
• A collaborative team player with a strong desire to work within a team environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of intellectual curiosity
• Demonstrates strong judgment and problem-solving skills
  
  

Candidate Profile

• The ideal candidate will be an outstanding investor from a top-tier private equity or infrastructure investment firm, or an experienced M&A investment banker
• Must possess a significant list of past transactions and robust technical skills in financial modeling
