Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview: We are hiring 2 Assistant Store Managers to support our store manager in daily operations and enhance our perishable product offerings. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of perishable products, ensuring freshness, proper stock levels, and minimizing shrink.
- Provide leadership, coaching and development to store team members in relation to their tasks, duties, role requirements and performance standards
- Assist in the implementation and compliance with all company policies, including accounting, cash handling, and food safety.
- Provide support to the store manager in daily operations and staff management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in planning and analytical skills, including P&L and budget comprehension.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transport objects weighing 20-50 lbs, with occasional weights up to 80 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods.
